US air force brought food and other stuff for victims who really needed
emergency provisions in north-east Japan. Since Japanese government moves too slow to provide food to whom really need it right away, this delivery was so helpful. Somehow Japanese government didn't like US to deliver without being accepted by them, which is so stupid thing. People there need food right away, but government never understand.
